1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
The product is not as described on our website.

To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
The item must be in its original packaging.
The request for a refund must be made within 2 days of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Change of mind or personal preference.
Minor variations in color, grain, or texture due to the natural nature of teak wood.
Custom-made or personalized furniture.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or self-repair attempts.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

Email us at print@scubeprints.in with your order number, reason for refund, and supporting images (if applicable).
Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and inform you of the next steps.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.

5. Return Shipping

In case of a defective or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
